Chuck A. Henson is a South Carolina State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 45 years of appraisal experience. Mr. Henson is also a South Carolina certified Broker-in-Charge Real Estate Agent. As an appraiser, he has performed numerous appraisals on residences, retail businesses, farms, industrial/manufacturing facilities

Mr. Henson is also a South Carolina certified Broker-in-Charge Real Estate Agent. As an appraiser, he has performed numerous appraisals on residences, retail businesses, farms, industrial/manufacturing facilities, and commercial real estate. Examples of his work include: churches, motels, hotels, restaurants, nursing home facilities, funeral homes, as well as various business offices. Other areas of competence are: appraisals on eminent domain projects, real estate appraisals for estate settlements, tax settlements, and family property divisions. By also being a real estate agent, Mr. Henson is well equipped to handle the sale of property for any of his clients wishing to sell.

Value estimates cannot be “proven” in an imperfect market set by buyers and sellers with varying motivations and beliefs, but value estimates can be well-supported and well-documented through application of education and experience. In every assignment, we provide a value opinion that is reasonably supported and well-documented, provided in a clear and concise report delivered in a timely manner.
